1. About SecureNG

SecureNG is a National Digital Security Incident Reporting and Response Platform developed and operated by T21 Consultancy Services Limited for the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The platform enables citizens to report security incidents, track their reports, and receive timely responses from designated government security agencies.

2. Data We Collect

• Incident details: category, description, location, severity
• GPS coordinates (with your permission)
• Account information for registered users: name, email, phone, state, LGA
• Device information and browser type for security

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process and respond to security incident reports
• To route reports to appropriate security agencies
• To provide status updates on your reports
• To generate anonymized statistics for public safety

4. Data Protection (NDPR Compliance)

SecureNG complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Your personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, role-based access control, and comprehensive audit logging. Anonymous reports contain no personally identifiable information.

6. Terms of Service

• You must not submit false reports. Filing a false report is a criminal offence under Nigerian law.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Do not use the platform for non-security related matters.
• Government officials must handle reports according to their authorized jurisdiction.
